Week 1: Learn to Build Your Self-Command Muscle

Through a breakthrough process called PQ® Reps, you’ll strengthen your Self-Command muscle, quiet negativity, activate positivity, and enhance mastery—gaining control of your mind.

Weeks 2-3: Develop Your Saboteur Interceptor Muscle

Master intercepting your top Saboteurs as they attempt to hijack your thoughts, feelings, or actions, empowering you to regain control and respond with clarity and purpose.

Weeks 4-6: Grow Your Sage Muscle

Practice the Sage Perspective: transform every problem or challenge into a gift and opportunity, unlocking growth and meaningful solutions through a shift in mindset and approach.

Group Coaching

Our POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® Coaching is delivered in a group format and consists of weekly one-hour coaching sessions for 6 weeks with your group which we call a “pod.” During each pod session, participants will learn specific mental techniques and tools that they can use to strengthen their positive mental muscles.

Your pod is designed to be interactive and engaging, and participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and insights with others in the group. The program aims to help individuals develop a more positive and resilient mindset, leading to improved relationships, better decision-making, and increased overall well-being!
